The book has 20 steps, and we'll look at 2 each week. I will be there to guide the discussion and answer questions on how to apply the teachings to your own parenting and family situation.

parenting situation. We'll work through the exercises together, share our thoughts and
insights and I can address any questions or current issues coming up for you.

About me
I am a certified Conscious Parenting Coach, trained and supervised by internationally renowned clinical psychologist, family therapist and bestselling author Dr. Shefali Tsabary. As a mum of two teenage boys, I can tell you firsthand how this method has been a gamechanger for me and all my relationships, not just with my kids.
I am offering this book club for free because I am passionate about conscious parenting and want to share this approach with as many people as possible!
