Life Coaching with a somatic therapeutic approach: for greater emotional health and less anxiety
Sometimes you reach a point where you don’t know how to move forward. You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or empty—maybe even physically drained. Anxiety and stress don’t just appear in your mind; they show up in the body through symptoms like insomnia, tension, or restlessness. These physical sensations are closely connected to your thoughts and emotions—a continuous thought-feeling loop that can keep you stuck.
Many fears and emotional blocks are rooted in early life experiences beneath conscious awareness and stored in your nervous system. My somatic, trauma-informed coaching approach helps you understand and shift these patterns.
In our sessions—offered in-person in my Munich practice or online—I provide a safe space for you to talk openly about what’s on your mind and what’s happening in your life. Together, we’ll work on recognizing emotions, allowing them, and letting them pass—without becoming overwhelmed—while also exploring and gently transforming conditioned beliefs that may be shaping your reactions.
You’ll learn healthy breathing techniques and somatic exercises that not only calm your nervous system and help you regulate your emotions, but also support your physical health and well-being.
